The cost of photocopy or printing paper (for laser or inkjet printers) fluctuates according to the international price of paper and of course the South-African exchange rate. Many businesses spend thousands of Rands per month buying paper. At BizAssist we have decided to investigate the market on a regular basis and bring you updated prices of various brands of photocopy/printing paper. In all our experience we have not found any difference between different types and brands of photocopy/printing paper. Prices are per box of 2500 sheets (or 5 reams of 500 sheets each.)
We will shortly be releasing information on other traditional office expenses such as ‘bandwidth’ and 3G Wireless costs.
